Note: I would like to take a minute to talk about the scam potential rating. It’s not that FeetFinder is doing a bad job; it’s just the nature of the industry that this is. Most sites where you exchange pics/videos like this for money have a high potential for people to be scammed.

Just play it smart, stay on the platform for payments, and you should be safe.

How much do people earn from selling feet pictures?

You might be surprised to know that people are willing to pay big money for your feet pictures, and a lot of people are earning more than $1000 a month. For example, Jessica Gould, a Canadian woman, earns more than $90,000 yearly from Instagram by selling her feet content. But she’s worked on this for years, so you won’t start making this much; you work up to it.

For a more beginner-level example, let’s say you have ten followers a month, and you charge them $15 to follow you; that’s $150. Let’s say two of them want to buy two of your foot pics at $19 each; that’s $76. So you have $226 gross earnings for the month, and then FeetFinder takes 20% of it, so $45, you’re left with $180. Not too shabby for just starting out. Remember, your subscribers pay you every month, so repeat income.

There is no fixed price for feet content; anyone can easily earn from $5 to $1000, and if the quality is good, even more. It all depends on how much content you create, so the more pics and videos you put up, the more you can make.

I signed up for FeetFinder, as I want to give a real-life review, not just tell you what others have said. I hate it when people review stuff, and all they’ve done is just Google something. So this is a 100% real-life review.

I did tell my husband about this, and he honestly just laughed, and then he wanted me to autograph one of my foot pics for him. (What a dork!)

Yes, I put up a couple of pictures, totally PG-rated. But knowing the process is important. I can say that the sign-up process was easy, and uploading content was straightforward.

I will say that trying to be descriptive in my photo album descriptions did take me a bit of time. As I wasn’t showing a lot of skin (or my face), so I couldn’t be too overpromising in what I’d deliver.

I will say that writing descriptions gets easier the more you do it, so keep writing, and things will sound more natural and less “fake.”

Trying to edit the photos also took some practice, as I messed around with the filter and tried to do some blurring, as I had some small bruises on my legs. Some of my blurrings were bad; I went a little overboard, so some of my pics have that fake plastic skin look. Oh well, I’m not trying to make a million dollars here, so I was fine with it.

Overall:

• Sign up process – it was easy. I admit I did hesitate when they asked for my ID, but I understand why they require it. They would be shut down so fast if underage people were on there. One thing that made this easier is that I always have a credit freeze, so no one can open any financial account in my name. So even if my ID was stolen, it wouldn’t do them any good. I highly recommend that everyone freeze their credit; it only takes 20 minutes or so so to set it up with the three credit bureaus.
  
  
• Completing my profile – mostly easy (I had to really work on my descriptions).
  
  
• Customer service – I did have to email them about one thing, and they got back to me in 22 hrs, so not bad at all (as I have heard others haven’t gotten timely responses).
  
  
• Earnings – no bites yet. When I first opened my account, I just paid for my subscription and let it sit for a month. Just this past week, I uploaded a couple more pics. But it’s too early to tell income potential yet.
  

I will try and upload a few albums and then let the account ride just to see if I get any action from buyers. So I will come back and update this post with my earnings report in a month or so.

How does FeetFinder work?

FeetFinder is built for both feet lovers and sellers to have a great time. The buyers can browse through the content available on the site and purchase what appeals to them. As for the seller, they can upload their feet pics/videos and set their own prices.

There are some free images; think of it like an appetizer. And then there’s the paid content (which is what the site is mostly). When you upload paid-for content, it is blurred, so the buyer purchases it based on your profile and the descriptions you give your photo album.

Cons of selling feet pics on FeetFinder

• It costs money – while this is a positive thing (as stated above), it’s also a bummer because you’re trying to earn money, not spend it.
• Fees – They take 20% of your sales, which is a tad high, but they’re a business; they have to make money too.
• No mobile app – Every place has a mobile app, but sadly FF doesn’t.
• There’s a potential of getting scammed – while this isn’t just FF, but any online platform where you are exchanging money & information with another user. Common scams involve payment outside the platform and people who don’t want to buy anything but just sex chat/message.
• Competition – this is probably the biggest negative, especially if you only put up a few pictures. There are quite a few sellers on the platform, and some say too many with regard to active buyers.
  
  

Is Feetfinder safe for selling feet pictures?

FeetFinder goes through many precautions to ensure its platform is as safe & secure as it can be. Encrypted servers, PCI-compliant security, and third-party firewall ensure your data and card info remains hidden and safe from potential threats.

Buyers do not know who you are, where you live, nor see any of your contact information. The only information users will see on your profile is your username, profile photos, bio, ethnicity, and foot size.

If users message you asking for specific personal information, do not feel like you need to share any information about yourself. Just redirect the conversation about what kind of pictures they want to see.

Please, your safety is the most important thing, so even if you feel like you “know this person” because you’ve messaged a lot or because they’ve bought a lot of your pics, do not share your info!

It’s important to ensure that your pictures don’t give away your personal data. So if you’re taking pictures outside, don’t do it in front of easily recognizable buildings or landmarks. Or the background in your room is free of any giveaways (i.e., diplomas on the wall, etc.).

Trustpilot is a review platform open to everyone, with over 111 million reviews of businesses, and it has been in business for over 15 years. FeetFinder has over 6,000 reviews and a score of Excellent with 4.8 stars!

If FeetFinder wasn’t a safe and trustworthy platform, they would never have gotten such a high rating.

Some of you may be wondering if selling feet pics is legal, and yes, it is completely legal. The only requirement from Feet Finder is that you are 18+ years old. They verify your age with a government-issued ID to make sure you are who you say you are.

How to sell feet pics on Feet Finder

You can sign up for an account in less than a minute. Here are the steps…

Step 1: Sign up for an account

To sign up for a FeetFinder account, pick your user name, input your email, create a password, and enter a referral code if you have one. (Did you know you can make extra money by referring your friends to FeetFinder? Yup, more on this below).

It’s important to know that FeeFinder does charge to sell on their platform, either $4.99 a month or $14.99 a year. While this may seem like a bummer (because you’re trying to make money), this actually helps you in the long run.

If it was free, everyone would sign up for an account and flood the platform with mediocre sellers who maybe aren’t that interested (or that good at taking feet pics). This would dilute the quality of the platform, and the buyer numbers would dwindle.

So, having it be a paid platform keeps the number of sellers down (less competition) and ensures that only serious sellers are on there.

Don’t waste your time signing up for a single month; you’ll need a few months to get good at using the platform and figuring out what buyers want. So just paying for the full year makes the most sense. Besides, paying for three months individually is the same cost as a year subscription, so you might as well.

Step 2: ID verification

FeetFinder takes every precaution to ensure that you are legally an adult (18+ yrs). So you need to upload a picture of the front of your ID and a picture of you holding that ID, so they can see that the faces match. This also cuts down on fake accounts, which is important to keep their platform high quality.

They will also verify your phone number and text you a code to input into your phone. This ensures that your ID and phone country code are the same.

While they say it can take some time to be verified, I think it only took my application 24hr to be approved.

Yes, I signed up to sell on FeetFinder as I want to give you an honest and personal review of this site. I literally went through this process, so I can tell you exactly what to do (and what not to do) to make the most money.

I didn’t post any suggestive photos; they are very tame and all rated PG! So my experience may be a little less lucrative than someone else with more alluring content.

Step 3: Complete your profile

Your profile is very important on FeetFinder. It’s what buyers look at first to determine if they want to buy content from you.

Before selling, ensure your profile has all the right information. For example, your username, profile photos, bio, ethnicity, and foot size. Remember, you are trying to sell your pictures, so be descriptive and use words that entice someone to click on your profile.

Here’s a good profile bio…

“28-year-old queen with sexy feet! They’re a perfect size 8! Im super outgoing so don’t be shy; come chat with me, and let’s see if we can get you the feet pics of your dreams! Ask about anything custom you like.”

Her bio is very friendly, she welcomes requests, and she describes her feet. She also has uploaded a banner pic, not just the profile one. (Not everyone does this, some use the generic banner). If there’s ever an option to help your profile stand out, do it!

Step 4: Upload your content

You’ll want to have at least five pretty feet pics ready to go when you create your profile (but more is always better).

You’ll want to add a few basic photos to The Gallery, which is their free photos section. This is where buyers go to look at photos and browse profiles.

When you’re ready to upload your new photos, go to the main menu and click on “My Content.” Then you can upload 5-15 photos per album or one video (depending on your account level – basic vs. premium).

You’ll want to give the album a good title and description. Again, think of descriptive words that make people want to click buy! Be flirty, fun, upbeat, and descriptive. You can use multiple tags, so go through all the options.

• Bad description: “Red pedicure, high heels.”
• Good description: “Fresh new pedicure just for you! Oh and my cherry red toenails look drop dead amazing in these sky-high heels. Come in and see for yourself how amazing they look; they might even be your secret fantasy.”

I mean, which of those descriptions would make you want to click & buy?

Finally, add your category tags, as buyers use this to search for the photos they want to buy. Such as…

• High heels
• Stockings
• Painted nails
• Arches
• Bed

You can then schedule it to post later or upload and post now.

How you make money on FeetFinder

You can make money in a couple of ways…

1. Having monthly subscribers – they see everything on your account.
2. Pay to view – this is where people pay to buy a picture or an album. Remember, you can sell the same album to multiple buyers.
3. Referrals – this is where you earn 10% of what people you refer make (more on this below).
   
   

How to price your feet pictures

According to FeetFinder, “an average feet pic sells for $22 and videos for $19.”

“We highly recommend you have different prices for different content. A few cheap albums (around $5), a few mid priced albums ($10-$15) and finally a few expensive albums ($20+) to ensure there are different options. Remember, it is much easier to get a lot of people to spend a little amount of money compared to a lot of money from a couple users!”

It’s also good to know that the more followers you have on the platform, the more desirable you “look.” And you can then charge more for your photos.

FeetFinder fees & pricing

As mentioned above, you must be a subscriber to sell on their platform. (Buyers can browse for free as there is some free content, and paid images are blurred).

• Basic plan – $4.99 monthly, $14.99 yearly, and $40 for a lifetime subscription.
• Premium subscription – $14.99 a month and $29.99 a year, and $80 for a lifetime subscription.

Sellers keep 80% of their earnings, while FeetFinder takes a 20% fee per transaction to cover business expenses and profit. They say they put money towards web security, new features, marketing, and more to ensure Feetfinder continues to improve.

For both the fees and subscription costs, FF claims that a good portion goes towards marketing (yet they don’t elaborate on what that looks like). This is something that some sellers have complained about – they don’t see anywhere how their profiles are being marketed to buyers. This is a fair concern, and FeetFinder customer service never addresses this (as far as I can see in looking at online comments).

What is FeetFinder Premium membership?

The premium plan is an upgraded account level, which offers extra benefits…

• Extra uploading capacity – you can upload 15 photos per album; vs. 5 with basic. (This is actually a good benefit.)
• Direct communication – you can communicate with buyers and receive custom offers.
• Auto protection of content – no one can steal your content as it’s blurred. But this is also a security feature they mentioned for everyone, so I’m confused.
• Faster uploading speed – this seems vague and somewhat out of their control (as they have one site with one host), so I’m not sure about this one.
• More customized profile – with links to social media accounts. But isn’t the point of social media to grow a following and send them to FF to purchase? This seems like an empty “benefit.”
• Extra marketing – this benefit is very vague, and many sellers are unsure how/if this is happening.
• Premium customer support – again, very vague. No idea what this actually means.

Premium sellers have the “premium” badge on their profile picture.

This price difference between basic and premium isn’t a lot, so if your account starts to gain traction, upgrading to be a premium seller for the extra uploading capacity will probably be worth it.

How does FeetFinder handle sellers’ payouts?

Payouts are different depending on where users are located. Users in the US must sign up through FeetFinder, and payouts are handled by Segpay (You DO NOT need a Segpay account). Users in countries outside of the US must create a Paxum account to get paid. 

Or another good option is to open a Cash App account and use it solely for this purpose. You will need to give FF your routing & account number in order for funds to be deposited to this account. It only takes a few days for your account to be approved and linked.

They have a $30 minimum amount for payout requests. Once a payout is requested, the admins will verify all earnings gathered from the total sales, and once it gets approved, the amount will be released within 3-5 business days.

Making money with FeetFinder’s referral program

Sellers can also earn money on the platform by referring others to join up as sellers. You, as the seller, automatically get a referral code. Then you send the referral link to your friends, they click on it, use your code to sign up, and then you get money! Here are the details according to their terms & conditions.

It’s important to note that earning money with refers is for brand new users to the FeetFinder platform only. Returning users will not qualify as a new referrals to you.

• Your friend must click on your link to be cookie tracked before opening an account.
• They use your referral code.
• You, the referer, get 10% of the new seller’s earnings (this portion comes from FF’s 20% of proceeds, not the person you referred).

Example: User A shares a referral link with User B. User B signs up with User A’s link. User B makes a sale for $100. User B makes $80 (80%), and User A makes $10 (10%).

What about the competition on FeetFinder?

This is a tough one, as FeetFinder talks about how they have a ton of buyers on their site. But sellers have complained that they haven’t made many sales. So that doesn’t match up.

They may have a lot of registered buyers, but they don’t say how many of those are active buyers. I mean, they could have 5M registered buyers but only 200,000 regularly active buyers, while the other 4.8M are inactive for 6+ months. Or all their buyers could be active… who knows?

Feet Finder tips

I know we’ve touched on each of these points above, but to give yourself the best shot at creating quality content that will attract a following and generate income, you should…

1. Add photos and videos with detailed & flirty descriptions.
2. Make sure your photos and videos are high-resolution.
3. Consider upgrading your account to premium to be able to upload more content.
4. Know FeetFinder’s most popular feet categories.
5. Stay consistent on the platform – buyers want to know that you’re active and thus will most likely respond to their photo requests.
6. Marketing and promotion – share your link on your social media channels. Social media is a great way to develop a following, so focus on 1-2 platforms and go all out.
7. Practice, practice, practice! This is the only way you’ll get good at posing and photography!
   
   

How do you take good pictures of your feet?

If you want to know how to take good foot photos, my #1 tip is to take care of your feet! That means your feet are clean, you keep up on nail trimming, and you are using good poses & maybe some props.

While pedicures are nice, they aren’t mandatory. But typically speaking, the more glamorous shots get the most interest from buyers.

When taking pictures, use different angles, experiment with lighting and background, and always keep photo resolution high for the best quality photos. We go deep into how to take feet images right here, but I’ll do a quick run down right now.

Best foot & leg poses

Did you also know there are desired poses? I didn’t realize this at first, but I found all the details with some digging. According to Urban Dictionary, “In the online foot fetish community, 

“The Pose” refers to a girl (or guy if such is one’s desire) lying on her stomach, facing the camera/viewer, with her feet up behind her. The soles of the feet are showing, which is of interest to fetishists who enjoy the bottom of the feet.

In The Pose, the feet may be crossed or uncrossed, stacked side-by-side, one up/one down, soles skyward, soles scrunched, toes spread, etc. The Pose is one of the most requested positions in foot fetish history.

The Invisible Tightrope: Single file your feet, putting one foot in front of the other as if you were taking your first step on a tightrope. It might feel a little awkward at first, but in photos, this will elongate the front foot’s ankle, foot, and leg while giving the illusion that you’re in motion.

The Bow Leg: Turn both of your feet inward just a tiny bit and separate them about an inch keeping the back leg slightly bent and the other completely straight.

Your Soles: Position your feet pretty close to the camera and either shoot straight on, or angle your body to the side.

What stuff do you need to take good feet pics?

The good news is you don’t need much in the way of equipment. Here’s all you need:

• Camera – this can be either a point & shoot or a DSLR, whichever you prefer. Your iPhone works too, but you’ll want to take some time to experiment with all the filters and options.
• Some soft lighting – natural light is best for feet pics because of the detail it shows in the photos. If natural light isn’t an option, then you can find an inexpensive ring light on Amazon.
• A way to snap pics without hands – trying to hold the phone and get certain shots is almost impossible on your own. So you need either a photographer friend to take the pics or get a ring light bundle package (with tripod and remote shutter) to snap pics. The Sensyne 10″ Ring Light with Extendable Tripod Stand (phone holder, & remote shutter) is inexpensive and has 4.6 stars on amazing with 55,000+ ratings. This is the one I have, and it’s very easy to set up and use.
